How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Bugsubsequently Tree Service wants every homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Bugsubsequently Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

When the Issue Involves a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If tree work on your property went badly, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Bugsubsequently Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@bugsubsequently.property and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
